“Come Ahead…” was a project that was very important to the young people of Toonspeak. The production aimed to reduce the prevalence of knife crime in the North Glasgow area after a spate of stabbings in the local schools. It toured for a week in June 2006 to local secondary schools and performed for 1 night at the Pearce Institute in Glasgow.
66% of people who saw the show felt it could help in the reduction of knife crime.
