Toonspeak has 6 young Board Members who get to make all of the most important decisions about how Toonspeak is run. They basically get to tell the staff what to do! The Board meets every second month, with sub-committee meetings on the months in-between, and young Board Members are given support and training to help them be effective Board Members. |

Members Forum
| The Members Forum is our newest decision makers project, and has been a huge success since it started in April of this year. The group are made up of current Toonspeak participants, and meet once a month to discuss current issues affecting Toonspeak, and to represent the wider membership. The Members Forum have been working on raising Toonspeak's profile, and are planning an ambitious evaluation project for later on this year. They are also working on recruiting representatives from our latest workshops in Wyndford and Cowlairs. |  |
