Toonspeak has 6 young Board Members who get to make all of the most important decisions about how Toonspeak is run. They basically get to tell the staff what to do! The Board meets every month, and young Board Members are given support and training to help them be effective Board Members. |

Members Forum
| The Members Forum is our newest decision makers project, and has been a huge success since it started in April of this year. The group are made up of current Toonspeak participants, and meet regularly to discuss current issues affecting Toonspeak, and to represent the wider membership. The Members Forum have been working on raising Toonspeak's profile, and are planning an ambitious evaluation project for later on this year. They are also working on recruiting representatives for our newest workshops. |  |
